Can any report witch buffer weight would work best or has worked for you

Guys I have been experiencing unburnt propellant with Reloader 7 on my subs. I have been using 11.5 gr of the stuff with KVP-223 primers and have tried Remington small mag primer before with them, also. I'm noticing powder all the way back to the trigger group. Glad to here you have your AR up and running now. Does cycle reliabily now? I have a DPMS 300 that opperates well. But my sub loads did not lock the action back on empety reliablly, only 90% of the time with stock DPMS peices. I also use R7 but with 11.5 gr and 220 Sierra HPs, they run a 1050-1075fp...
