4227 and RE7 are my go to powders but I will add, if you don't have a chronograph get one. When it comes to playing with subs it will save you lots of time and headaches.

If you're planning on keeping the vehicle for a lifetime then use what ever oil gives ya a warm fuzzy. If like most people and you buy a new one every 4-5 years then use what's cheapest and change it according to manufacturers recommendations. Even the cheapest oils today are much better then years ...

People don't want steel case 300blk ammo. They want "CHEAP" Russian made 300blk ammo . I suspect that steel case USA/imported ammo will take over in the decades to come. I just bought some 9mm Winchester forged USA made steel case copper jacket ammo at Wally World. Darn stuff was only $23...

I have an Octane 45 as well and also clean it with ss pins in a wet tumbler. All I use is a dash of lemishine and some dawn dish soap. Only takes a few hours to clean. Also FWIW if you're getting leading then I would look at your reloading procedures or barrel. If the bullets are sized and crimped p...
