Well with 210gr bullets you are going to get to about 1600 fps so that might be a good option. With 220gr only about 1200fps so not much more than subsonic speeds.

For simple depriming I use the lee universal decapper. Just pops the primer. I had Lee send me a spare depriming rod when I broke the original, since then I've deprimed about 10k of various rifle brass with no issues.

Lee precision will also custom drill the seating plug for the bullets you want to use for $8.
