How does it do on the first shot without the suppressor? If it's the same you can't really do anything about it but if it shoots closer to POA then you may have an alignment problem. Maybe the threads on the barrel can be recut an trued up.

My best 300 subsonic load to date in both 16" & 9" barrels is 12.2 grs of 1680 with a 220 gr Sierra MatchKing bullets and Winchester small rifle primers! I don't have a current target but it shoots MOA at 100yds all day long

I use Mike Lucas bore guides, they're expensive but the best I have found. They're custom made from aluminum and have an "O" ring to hold them tightly on the chamber and he'll need to know what caliber, cleaning rod size, and type of rifle, you’ll be using.
