Why do you need a scope with a magic 300 Blackout reticle? Any scope with a MOA based or Mil based reticle (and assuming the adjustments also match) work just fine with any 300 Blackout load. For example I have a Swampfox Arrowhead 1-6x24mm Illuminated LPVO with a MOA Reticle and .5 MOA Adjustments....

No your bolt will not work, and no neither will your extractor. I have no idea on your barrel due to insufficient information on what you bought.
