I didnt have the pair of vise grips locked on the small vise in this group of pics.... cuts thru case in 3 seconds.... swaps out in 5.... so 8 seconds/case.... thats 7-8/minute. Every case is cut to the same length and cleanly. Again very safe... fingers are no where near the cutter.... I would let ...

Here is how I cut mine down.... using a saw set up in my smaller mill All cases drop in the same and cut the same. Also, fingers are not in the way of the saw... Used my Wilson gauge after medium crimp and 18 out of 20 that I dummy loaded got stuck in the gauge. so led me to believe the wall thickness is just to much and I'm not wanting to spend the extra time to turn down the necks.

I have found that S&B brass is much thicker at the neck and will lock up in the chamber. I pitch them in the trash now when I come across one. Not even thinking about reloaded them as 5.56 either.
