unfortunately I can only assume what buffer I have, I bought it second hand and I don't see any identifying marks on it, it's 3-1/4 inches long but I don't have a weight on it.

no key hole at either 50 yd or 100 yd with any of the ammo fired.
my set up is an LRB lower with Rock River NM trigger car buffer and spring and Leupold VX 1 3x9 scope and the Red X upper

my upper showed up yesterday, looking it over for fit and finish I found a small nick on the handguard near the gas block, also the edges of the fluting seem sharp. also after about 25 rounds the muzzle Brake worked it self free and could be removed by hand. how does it shoot, with no sighting in ju...

have you considered building an Ar 15 with a dedicated .22cal upper? as he gets older the weapon can grow with him with adj stock and the round of his choice.

I am new to the 300 BLK world and want to reload my own, I was looking at some brass over the weekend and was wondering if anyone has tried to use .222 Rem brass, the neck is longer and it seems like it would put less stress on the brass after all of the forming is done.
