Suppressor finish is now gone

15 minutes in a ultrasonic cleaner and finish is now off. Any suggestions on a replacement finish?

OAL questions

What's an acceptable range (variance) in oal when reloading? I have a dillon press with Lee dies and my oal will vary +/- .003. I'm using cut down brass and pulled 147's, applying a light crimp. I would think I could get better results?
