Thanks for the ideas. I tried stove paint and it looks nice, ill see about durability. The cerakote sounds cool.

Suppressor finish is now gone
15 minutes in a ultrasonic cleaner and finish is now off. Any suggestions on a replacement finish?

Subsonic question
Should I load the highest powder charge that's subsonic for improved accuracy and distance or the lowest charge that will cycle for increased quietness, or does all subsonic have the same sound level? Thanks for your experience.

I reviewed my two PWS, and both bolts lock nicely in place. One has the bolt spring and the other does not. Although one has only about 300 rounds and the other is new. I'll periodically check alignment in the future.

This is an interesting, I posted earlier about how my mk107 exploded and was told by PWS that my mil surplus ammo was too hot. OAL questions
What's an acceptable range (variance) in oal when reloading? I have a dillon press with Lee dies and my oal will vary +/- .003. I'm using cut down brass and pulled 147's, applying a light crimp. I would think I could get better results?
