Re: Going from a single stage press to......? The time has come
Here's a YouTube guy that has extensive use of both. Pretty much after the few tip and hints he figured out to get the LNL running very smooth, he actually preferred the LNL over his Dillion. I only own a LNL, but it works pretty good. https://youtu.be/-qC1O5FzSCA The LNL is cheaper on caliber chang...

Re: First Focal Plan vs Second Focal Plain scope
It is very crisp and clear. The magnification ring is very stiff, so a throw lever is mandatory. It is noticeably heavy, but feels very well built like a tank. I'm use to the weight since my alternative optic on this rifle is a ATN X-Sight. I'm young, so the weight doesn't bother me quite yet while ...

Re: Adjustable Gas Blocks Seizing (both Syrac and SLR)
I noticed a similar lockup issue with my Syrac gen1 gas block. I had it on a 16" pistol gas length barrel. I shoot supersonic H110 reloads and LilGun subsonic loads exclusively. I have since moved on to a MicroMOA Govnah gas block, which uses a sliding plate instead of a screw for adjustment. T...

Re: Got a new toy
I run the gen1 Xsight on my 300blk. with the T50 IR light, it can see very far. I'm still waiting on another software update from ATN to minimize the auto dimming issue with these scopes. When the IR light reflects off nearby brush, it causes the scope to dim and results in not being able to see any...

Re: Hornady One Shot.. Do you tumble after resizing?
I never tumble after sizing with One Shot lube. I hate having to clean out corn cob from the primer hole. I deprime, utrasonic clean, lube, size, load. I've never had problems, as powder doesn't stick to One Shot lube (after it dries) like powder sticks to other types of lube.

Re: What style dies should I use for 300 blackout? What subsonic bullet, brass?
I have a NOVESKE match 16" barrel on my AR build. I use a Lee sizing die and Lee FCD for my 300blk reloads. Had zero chambering issues. I use a slotted case gauge made by one of the guys on this forum and my ammo passes the minimum spec tolerance of the gauge. I only use LC converted brass for ...

Re: Hornady LNL AP Ammo Plant Press
I purchased the Hornady LNL, I have no experience with the Dillon. I went with the Hornady due to the research I did at the time. I'll be honestly, I have only used the LNL a half dozen times since I got it a couple years ago...as I became a father shortly after and lost most my free time. The only ...

Re: First Focal Plan vs Second Focal Plain scope
I made my decision and went with the Vortex Razor 1-6x24mm. Thanks to feedback from you guys, I was able to make a wise choice. I checked out the Mark6 at the LGS. I didn't care for the dot flicker and I better understood everyone's feedback regarding FFP for lower powered optics. I seem to prefer S...

Re: Weighting accuracy - RCBS ChargeMaster
I have a Chargemaster 1500 and have had outstanding success. Regarding the response by chipdog4, I feel that he may have a defective unit for it not to show an overcharge. Mine shows me an overcharge every time it throws one. You have to wait a full second until after it beeps and the scale then rew...
