It's a Work in Progress

My 300 BLK bolt gun started life as a left handed .223 Tikka T3 Stainless Lightweight. Went to my gunsmith and lost the 223 barrel and gained a slightly heavier 300 BLK barrel cut to 18" (Sorry for the crappy photos) http://www.hunt101.com/data/500/thumbs/IMG_02088.JPG It was wearing an Aimpoin...

Re: Nightvision help

As mentioned above - If you are going to get real serious about night hunting, thermal is the only way to go. More expensive, but really worth it for frequent and long term activities. That being said, I run a PVS14 behind an Aimpoint Micro T-1 (2 MOA) for my 300 BLK and night hunting hogs. I use it...

Re: KAK INDUSTRY ITEMS ON HOLIDAY BLOWOUT

They do look great.

My shooting partner and I are both placing orders for them.

Will be great on my AR pistol.

I'd be very interested to see what velocities you may get from that barrel length.

Sounds interesting. Keep us informed.

Re: New Tikka Lefty T3 Blackout

If you are patient and keep looking, the Tikka T3s are out there for a good deal. The 223 I got probably wasn't even fire much if at all. I actually had a hard time having it changed over because it was in such great condition. I really wish we could have suppressors here as this thing is just calli...

Re: New Tikka Lefty T3 Blackout

Sorry the pics got all turned around. Don't know how my photo host did that. but it was the first time I used imported iPhone photos..... I got the rifle used for a great price on GunBroker and there's just a bit over $500 in the rebarrel, work and accessories I picked up for the rifle. Not the chea...

New Tikka Lefty T3 Blackout

I've had several rifles I've carried around while walking the property or using my Kubota RTV for chores. We have a lot of varmints like coyotes, raccoons, skunks and even wolves that run the place, prey on the game animals and have pursued hunting dogs from time to time on the shooting preserve/gam...

Re: Freedom Munitions considering loading 300BLK

I've used a lot of their ammo in calibers from 380 Auto to 308 Win. All has performed exceptionally well. Especially their 223 55 gr V Max loads.

If they made the 300 BLK, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Plus, they are great guys to deal with.

Already sent them a message about the BLK loads.

Re: Noveske 300BLK Lo-Pro 12.2" Upper with 11" NSR Rail

I've goto a 10" on back order for a pistol build.

It should be fun if it ever arrives.

I currently have a .223 upper with the NSR rail. It has become my favorite upper just because of the upper. Plus, it shoots so well.
