Re: hunting for some new rubber for the truck
Whatever tires you get, don't go to Les Schwab for an alignment. Seven years ago I asked the wife to take the Expedition in for an alignment after I got tires. Got a call a few hours later that it needed $800 in work before they could even do an alignment. I went, glared at them, and left with their...

If you've got an Android phone or tablet try out Strelok or spend $5.49 and get Strelok+. It's one of the best apps I have on my phone. There may be an IOS version but I'm not sure. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.borisov.strelok https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bo...

Re: suppressor came loose this weekend
I don't understand this, why a copper smear and small chip would cause this.

Re: Warning re "Interceptor Sport Utility Ammo"
Call me old school but bullets are supposed to be make out of lead and copper. 88gr of some injection molded crap, first being pushed out of a mag and over possibly sharp edges of a feed ramp, then out the barrel at 2550 FPS, sounds like some recipe for suppressor disaster.

Re: What is causing thick necks?
Like dellet said, can't be. Bullet should be 0.308" plus 2x 0.010" would be 0.328". 0.334" is the max SAAMI dimension. You have to have a neck thickness over 0.010". 0.034" mouth diameter added to a tight chamber and you have problems. Where the bullet meets the brass i...

If you roll that round on a flat surface does the bullet wobble around?

Re: 125 grain nosler ballistic tips
18.5gr is Hodgdon's current, lawyer approved, maximum H110 load for a 125gr bullet. I go 18.6gr at 2.090" OAL with the Nosler 125gr BTs and get right at 2200 FPS out of my Daniel Defense 16" barrel. 1.25" 100 yard groups all day long...

Re: Optic recommendation for sbr with supressor
With an app like Strelok you can always figure out a reticle. So since the reticle won't match my drop in a short barrel, do you see any benefit in a blackout specific acog? Or just any acog that is a good price? I need to look at the ones other ones too to find the best eye relief for quick shooting
