the common misconception is that gas face is caused by gases coming down the gas tube. gas blow back is mostly gases coming back down the barrel from the suppressor when the bolt is open. very little of it is due to gas coming down the gas tube. most gas that comes down the gas tube is vented out th...

I've found the AR15 gas vent is the best solution by far.

300blk is way less gassy than 5.56 in general.

cabelas outpost in yakima, wa has a bunch of w296 and h110. also some hs-6 for you 380/9x19 reloaders.

your barrel threads are likely not concentric to the bore.

the mere action of a bolt closing on an AR is around 119db and can ring your ears on its own.
