Chuck the brass in a 3/8" or 1/2" variable speed drill and let it do the turning. Moves along fairly well once you get a routine down. I've done 4 or 5 hundred that way (not in one sitting...).

Re: Last round bolt problems
My pistol build did that with some mags at first. Turned out to be cycling a hair too fast for them to fully lift the bolt catch. Replacing the standard carbine buffer with a heavier buffer (~H2) took care of it. Not necessarily the same thing for you, but that was what was going on with mine. Nick

Re: weaver kaspa z1.5 x 6 review
I picked up one of those when Midway was running a special on them for $144. Weaver had a $50 rebate going on so my final cost was $94 :P It got a home on the 16" 5.56 middy whose Millet DMS 1X4 got moved to the 300BLK carbine & whose subsequent Vortex Strikefire red/green got moved to the ...

Re: Hornady FTX
I remember someone mentioning that a contact at Hornady indicated "good" expansion down to 1500 fps. You can get 1900 - 2000 fps with H110 loads of 16 - 16.9 grains & a 16" barrel. There is a work up thread here: http://www.300BlkTalk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=141&t=78258 Nick
