I did a review of one of their lightweight barrels in a build I did a couple of years back:

Recoil is not much different than a 5.56.

I agree Wilson barrels shoot very well. I shot a 217 AQT with a Wilson Combat 300BLK Tactical Lightweight... a 16", 1-8 twist, 29 oz. barrel. You can find the review and report from 2011 here:

Glad to hear you are caught back up. I have been looking all around the NWA area for 300, with not much success since the Hog Hammer disappeared from Academy, and the 220 gr. left the wallyworld shelves, with no replacement so far. For me, I am putting back 1 super sonic (125 Nosler) and 1 sub sonic...

I was expecting another batch to wallyworlds, but so far no joy...
