Re: 90gr plinking from Barnes
If it has a zinc core then it should be cheaper. By a few dollars at least.

Re: Announcing - the new 300 BLK UMC - 120 grain.
I am NOT going to buy this overpriced crap.
The Fiocchi 150 grain is a better buy even though it is loaded with a bullet that is to heavy.
I hope Barnes looses its ass on this.
What a waste.

Re: Announcing - the new 300 BLK UMC - 120 grain.
Well, Barnes has never made anything that was priced right anyway. This is just another company making Black ammunition with a jacked up price. I am sorry this is not new or WHAT WE HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR ...........over 15 months now maybe longer. Actually it is about what I have come to expect. Mr. ...

Re: Elk Hunting with the 300 BLK. What bullet would you choo
.30-06 with a 165 grain softpoint. If I could only have one rifle it would be the .30-06. My .30-06 loves that load and its not going fast at all, its very accurate out of my old Savage 110. Shot placement is going to be king. Even then its not always certain. If all you have is the Black then a 150...

Re: rem 700 leaving a lot to be desired
Its the brake you installed. Did you fire it and see what it could do before you added something ?
I have a 700sps in the Black also. I did not add anything to it except a scope and I can ring steel at 400yds all day long . A friend of mine has the exact same setup as me and not one problem.

Re: Need a new picture on this home page!
How about a chopsaw and a .223 case in it being cut.
Its the only way to get any loaded ammo anyway that is not $35.00 or more a box.
220 subs or that goofball open tip match crapola

First its this... Then its that... Here is another reason.... Wait..its this problem... Its bullet design.... Darn then there was this..... Ooops its this now..... But remember its coming next..... Re: has Remington changed gears?
I agree too about not being easy to expand or just flip a switch. It takes time and money...they have earned it Remington or who ever is telling them what to do has had 6 YEARS since the up and up rush on ammunition, firearms since the election in 2008. Along with all crazy nut jobs harming innocent...

Re: has Remington changed gears?
I am sorry but I have always felt that the 125 OTM was a big fat SLAP in the face from Remington. Offering that and the 220 grn (just as or more expensive) at first INSTEAD of the less costly 115 grn ammo was not a good idea. I have heard it before "we wanted to show the rounds accuracy (125 gr...

Re: 115 UMC
Thanks man. I purchased a Remington 700 SPS in June of this year. I am loving it every time I shoot it. I can easily hit a 2/3 size IPSC steel target at 300 yards every shot with 150 grn fmj and 17.0 grains of H110. It hits with authority. I reload my own ammunition but I like to have at least 500 r...
