Re: Ruger American Ranch Rifle 300 blackout
One of my few gripes about my Ranch was the trigger... even with the set screw fully removed, it still felt notably heavier than other 3-3.5lb triggers. I don't have a triger gauge to test the actual pull weight, but according to my fingertip scale I'd say it would not adjust any lower than 4lbs, s...

Re: muzzle device for a 300 pistol upper...what's everyone like
Inside a confined space, especially residential sized rooms or halls, NOTHING you can mount of the muzzle short of a can is going to make much, if any, difference as far noise reduction on your ears. Even if 100% of the muzzle signature was projected forward it will rebound off the walls and come ba...

Re: RCMP adopts the 300BLK?
I think the key words here are "patrol rifle". A patrol rifle where I come from is something .223/5.56 semi-auto. I don't see why a 300 Blk Out wouldn't fill that slot. Last word I got the Alaskan State Police and their fish and game department carry both M16/AR15's and a heavy bolt gun in...

Re: ATF Cancels Ban
Maybe all this was to benefit the economy? Look at all the money that was spent on this ammo. smh I know you're just being sarcastic, but it's a terrible situation when the American people do ANYTHING....buy, sell, hoard, hide, any item or move their family out of fear of the U.S. government...

Re: ATF Cancels Ban
This whole thing is absolute bull shit. The heaviest vest most cops wear daily are NIJ rated Level IIIA vest, and they are both heavy and hot. A lot of departments down step the level to avoid problems getting the officers to wear them due to this. A Level IIIA vest will stop up to about anything ou...

Those are probably ejection kisses on the case mouths. Any brass marks on the side of the receiver?

Re: AR upgrades
To be honest this is why I built my own to start with, I build it the way I use it and want it. No buying something and wasting the money changing out parts I dont like or use. But to answer your question, depending on the configuration it was bought in, Stock, Free float tube, Trigger. This. I hav...

Seen them on the auction sights, but never seen one. Looks like a pretty good deal, especially for a starter lower. May just be into pricing to get into the market. Lots cheaper than the one I'm building right now, wish I had seen it a week ago.
