Re: NRA Board of Directors
Marion Hammer is another person worthy of our votes. as past president of the Unified Sportsmen of Fla., she was instrumental in getting our good CCW law passed among many other good accomplishments dealing with the Second Amendment Rights. You have got to be fucking kidding. If there is any one pe...

Re: What's the deal with the SPAM?
Just thought I would ask the moderators what's the deal with the SPAM on the forum? Almost every time I log in there are threads full of Vietnamese all over the place. What's the deal? Is there any way to delete those posts so it doesn't clutter the place up? I have been deleting them as I see them.

Re: What about a home based FFL?
[quote="dellet" Actually Rebel was talking about firearms on site, not in the bound book. That has nothing to do with a 4473. [/quote] The part I responded to was about 4473: " They go over all your 4473's looking for mistakes. If found, they assess and give the appropriate fine. "

Re: What about a home based FFL?
Unless the law changed, the fine for an ffl not completing a background check and transferring a gun to someone who would be denied, was $5000. Since I’m not in the business, it might have changed. Ok we have two different things here. I was referring to administrative mistakes on a 4473, there are...

Re: What about a home based FFL?
I haven't had an inspection yet either but I know folks that have. They go over all your 4473's looking for mistakes. If found, they assess and give the appropriate fine. One dealer up the road allegedly had some guns in his shop not on the books, he was given $25000 worth of fines - effectively cl...

Re: Coward of Broward County
Even your agency doesnt teach “Wait for SWAT” anymore. Go to the sound of gunfire is the standard response by all LE agencies today , has been for years. If there is no active shooting, cordon and search is the response, as soon as shots are heard...go to them and engage the shooter It is what you ...

Those rounds are not available, and I was quoted $1-$2 per round, which is a WAG. Seems like an awful lot of contortions and work to avoid $200 tax.

The following 4 things define a rifle. It doesn't have at least one of them, while not falling into definition of something else.
1) Fired from shoulder
2) Made to use energy of an explosive
3) fires single projectile through rifled bore
4) single pull of trigger

Probably would not have happened, if you used a BIGGER hammer.
