Re: Probably been asked, but I can't find it
Old age is catching up to me - they are REDDING dies, not Forster - duh.silencertalk wrote:Why Forster? They don't make 300-221 dies.
There is no link to 300 AAC BLACKOUT case specs. They are available to SAAMI members or certain companies under an NDA though.

Re: Probably been asked, but I can't find it
Gotcha - I'll have to send an email to Forster then.silencertalk wrote:You can try your dies, and see if they produce brass within 300 AAC BLACKOUT specs. Or you can ask your die maker if their dies produce brass to 300 AAC BLACKOUT specs.
Anyone have a link to the AAC BLACKOUT specs?

Re: 300 BLACKOUT case gauge?
I would also like one of these case gauges. Would I need both a "go" and a "no-go"? One further question - I have Forster 300-221 dies. My 16" AR upper is in 300 AAC BLK now, but my 8" is still in 300-221. Can I continue to use the 300-221 dies even after rechambering i...
