Re: Ammo box for 300blk

The plastic 223 ammo boxes by MTM and others have the dividers too high for my liking. I put the round bullet up in the case after seating and then flip them bullet down after a slight crimp with a LFCD. I do this with all calibers cause it helps me keep track of where I'm at. Anyone figure out ano...

Re: Over-pressure only on 2nd and later rounds?

Hard to guess without knowing anything about anything. even chances of that or possibly getting pushed back into the case too. first cycle is not nearly as violent of a cycling as doing so under full ga...

Re: 300 BLK SBR - what is your zero?

knowing what bullet you're using will help as the BC is important. but generally speaking - if memory serves correctly - a hunting zero of 75 yds gives a +/- of approx 3" from like... 25 yds to 100 yds. with certain projectiles anyway. dont hold me to that - without more data about YOUR setup i cant...

dreams of nancy

An assistant to Nancy Pelosi told her she had a fantastic dream last night. There was a humongous parade in Washington celebrating Pelosi. Millions lined the parade route, cheering when Nancy went past. Bands were playing; children were throwing confetti into the air; there were balloons everywhere....

Re: Beginner looking to learn! .300BO load data?

tiwst rate is a consideration. but only because more twist = more resistance to get down the tube. which *MIGHT* lead to pressure signs earlier than lets say a 8 twist barrel. so while its something to be conscious of - as long as you're following a good reloading testing regimine and watching for p...

BTW -Not even during Obama did I see ammo leave distributors inventory that fast. i think it was the NS...

Re: Stay healthy

we're on "essential business only" lockdown until april 16 i think it is. call it 3 weeks anyway. we can go out, but it has to be for groceries, banking, medical, food, etc only. restaurants/bars have been on take-out only for over a week already, they shut down personal services over the weekend (h...
