Re: Best Deer hunting load for 0-300 yards?
anything beyond 200 yards might be a bit of a reach on a larger deer for a round which is about the hunting equivalent of a 30-30 or less depending on the round, JMO, YMMV

Re: How effectively suppressed??
So since displacement and aerodynamics are two fundamental components of BC you make it sound like BC has a lot to do with how much noise a projectile makes at subsonic speeds.

Re: How effectively suppressed??
I couldn't tell, was that a yes or a no? But since you keep saying it's more about aerodynamics than BC I'll add a second question to the one yet to be answered. You're saying a 50 cal. A-Max style 750gr bullet would make the same amount of noise moving through the air at the same subsonic velocity ...

Re: Loads for Speer 125gr TNT?
I wish I knew something about reloading sometimes but I don't really need another hobby. Looking at the burn rate chart N110 is faster than H110 but I don't really know by how much, N110 is listed as #60 and H110 is #62 but I know that doesn't really mean jack. LIL'Gun is #61 http://www.hodgdon.com/...
