If you are not compressing the CFE yet, keep adding powder. it actually works ok with this bullet. I think I took it to about 14 grains and close to 1500 fps and never had a pressure indication, so don't be afraid to try and move up to 1000 fps. As an update, 50 yard holes from 208s were a little eggy, so I'm not keen on suppressing those. Loaded some 168 BTHPs to subsonic velocities and they shot great actually. So I'm keeping the barrel and will be turning it down to lighten the front end. Also came across a SMOKIN deal on some finish-ble...
