Re: changes in MO hunting regs for 2012
Their stance in feral hogs is kinda odd IMO. Essentially, they are discouraging (legally) the release of hogs for hunting purposes....but if you happen to know where feral hogs are, or happen upon one, then they are perfectly fine with a "hunt" or just blasting them by any means necessary....

Re: changes in MO hunting regs for 2012
Hunting with a silencer is perfectly legal in Missouri...I've used a silencer on every deer I've killed the last three years....except for one with a bow. Missouri has no regulations against silencers, and you can use 10rd mags in AR type rifles.... .223 is legal in 55gr and above with the exception...

Re: FS: 300 BLK Brass Lake City
got my "1000" in and had to load my Lee hand prime tool with primers from another box to finish the "1000" off.
Looks like I have enouhg primed brass for 1000 sub loads and around 50-100 hunting loads using Outlaw State Bullets.

Re: Furthest you've shot subsonics????
I bought a bushnell HDMR 3.5-21x50 scope with Horus Tremor2 reticle and LaRue OBR mount to put on my 18" CMMG .308. Does your 18" CMMG have MOA cant built into the rail, the way the OBR does? That's the reason LaRue builds 0 MOA cant into their OBR mount. No MOA built into the rail on m C...

Re: Furthest you've shot subsonics????
First I've heard of the KAC Bulletflight app. You've got the M version since it does spin drift, right? You happy with it? I'm looking at it right now. So far i have NOTHING to complain about (aside from the $30 price for an iphone app  ) A buddy and I caught a distance shooting bug after buyi...

Re: Furthest you've shot subsonics????
going off of KAC Bulletflight for spin drift.....at 400 yards my Millet DMS-1's reticle covers almost that from what I can tell. I've been happy with the accuracy from the round and from my 8" Noveske Barrel that I built around. I have yet to shoot a single supersonic round, but had considered ...

Furthest you've shot subsonics????
Got a chance to pull the 8" 300BLK upper out and play with it a little weekend before last. We were shooting .223 and .308 at 400 yards, the furthest distance we have on my range behind the house. Argument came up about how barrel length and velocity mean accuracy down range. The person even co...

Re: 10" Barrel for whitetails?
8" Barrel worked fine for me to kill a whitetail at around 120-130 yards with subsonic handloads using Outlaw State Bullet's 220gr exanding .30 round.
I would think you could almost double that with the right supersonic load and experience shooting at that distance to know your dope.
