I have a bunch of 208 Amax bullets that I used for 308 w/ RL17 as well as subsonic 300 blk ammo. Looking to pare down components a bit to get some cash for a new toy.

300BLK Savage Striker
Caliber: 300 Blackout Willing to Ship: Yes Item Description: There are only two of these in the wild that I know of. Stainless Savage Striker converted to 300 BLK. Shoots great but cleaning out the safe queens. Because of the short case its a little soft on ejection. I had planned to buy an upgraded...

Re: My 300 Blackout Savage Striker build
I was hoping to be first but the wait for a barrel was a bitch. Anyways, 10" Mcgowen. Haven't shot it yet. I am not sure if feeding from the mag is realistic as its 308 originally and require some aggressive tweaking and/or custom parts. One thought is to just make it single shot and ...

Where to find a 10" Savage Barrel
I am looking for a barrel, ideally stainless, for a savage pistol. Does anybody know anywhere I could find a short one that's already threaded?

208 AMAXes seem to be the best bang for the buck.

Trouble Extracting in a Savage 10
I have a Savage model 10 that is having trouble extracting/ejecting 300 blk. The cases are not tight in the chamber, it just doesn't like flipping them out. If you yank it fast it'll work though. Is this an issue with the short case or do I just need to try a new extractor? Are there any updgraded e...

IMR 4227 works great for me. Not sure why it isn't mainstream.

I thought 6.8 was the #1 alternative cartridge right now. At least I read that on a 6.8 forum.
I don't have any idea. I presume 7.62x39 is because they have been making them so long, despite their drawbacks.

Re: When will 300 BLK become the second most popular AR cart
Only if it ever becomes widely adopted by the military and ammo is $300/case. I don''t like any of the other calibers either, but I would guess 5.45 and 7.62 probably outsell 300 blk outside of the silencer circle.
